EPIC Bikini Contest: Privacy Policy

EPIC Models & Talent respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect the information you provide when submitting your application for the EPIC Bikini Contest at Tailgate Beach Club at Mandalay Bay during Las Vegas Swim Week.

1. Information We Collect

• Contact & Identity Information: full name, age, email address, phone number, city/state, and valid ID upload for age and identity verification.
• Professional & Physical Information: physical statistics, Instagram handle, portfolio links, and agency or booking contact details.
• Media: comp cards, preferred headshot, identification image, and photographs you upload.
• Contestant Display Information: if selected, public-facing contestant display details may include name, contestant number, city/state, public social handle, photos, status, and fan-voting count.
• Additional Context: notes you provide regarding availability, recent work, or related details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Review your look, experience, and suitability for the EPIC Bikini Contest.
• Communicate with you or your agency regarding submission status, selection, event logistics, the August 15th, 2026 event date, the 2:00 PM–5:00 PM event time, and the 1:00 PM day-of-event submission cutoff.
• Verify identity and confirm the minimum age requirement of 21+.
• Notify selected girls by email.
• Post up to one hundred (100) selected girls on the main contest page for contestant display and fan voting.
• Publish selected contestant names, images, contestant numbers, and/or public social handles on the official contest page, EPIC Models & Talent pages, and related social channels.
• Administer Fan Favorite voting and the additional $2,500 Private Tailgate Cabana prize package for the Fan Favorite winner.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, trade, give away, or otherwise transfer entry data or personal information for unrelated third-party marketing. We only share information with parties directly involved in casting, operating, promoting, displaying, voting, or fulfilling the contest.

• Casting Team: EPIC Models & Talent staff who evaluate submissions.
• Event Partners: parties who assist with final selections, venue logistics, security, check-in, or contest operations at Tailgate Beach Club at Mandalay Bay.
• Official Contest Promotion: if selected, your name, likeness, submitted/public photos, public social handle, contestant number, voting status, and contestant status may be posted on our main page and social channels.
• Sponsors & Prize Fulfillment: if selected or if you win Fan Favorite, limited professional information such as your name, public photos, Instagram handle, contestant number, and prize status may be shared with official contest sponsors or event partners for promotional and prize-fulfillment purposes. We will not share your private phone number, email address, ID, or private contact information with sponsors without consent except where required for prize fulfillment or legal compliance.

4. Data Security & Retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect uploaded photos and personal data. We retain submission materials for contest review, communication, selected contestant verification, prize administration, voting display, and event promotion. Non-selected submissions may be retained for future casting opportunities unless deletion is requested.

5. Your Rights & Choices

You may contact us to update your information, withdraw your submission, or request deletion of your active casting data, subject to legal, operational, voting, or completed promotional obligations.
